Since graduating from Wimbledon in 1987, I pursued a career which, as is the case for many artists I suspect, initially took a variety of routes. I worked as a quality assurance technician in a light bulb factory, as a mental health careworker, and as a book designer and publisher.
In 1993 I became involved in art and design education, and I am currently Head of Art and Design at a leading sixth form college in Cambridge, England.
My own involvement with art making has been a constant factor through the years. It is an activity which continues to surprise and challenge me.
